In this Commitment
One should be animated to live by the SPIRIT OF LOVE; and your heart to live a life without the guilt of facing God or Higher Power, as well as the fear or uneasiness of disappointing or facing the judgement of family or friends.
This Union
Is for those who have the intention of strengthening their bond and for who do not wish or desire to enter into the uncertainty of marriage for whatever personal opinions, experiences, or biases that come with marriage.
Understand that this is a Spiritual Commitment
It is not a legally binding contract. This does not change any federal, state, or civil laws to include tax laws or property rights you are presently living under.
A non-renewal period after a 2 year commitment is offered, but not encouraged. This is provided ONLY should the Union be truly failing and no reconciliation can be found. This commitment contract must be a mutual decision of both parties and reasons submitted to the Eeshan Church and signed by both in front of an authorized Eeshan Priest--for this Union is a serious step and carries with it the absolute seriousness of marriage and therefore should not be viewed or entered into lightly or frivolously as it will be counted before God as a vow.
This is not available to couples who are still married, legally separated, or in an open relationship with someone else.
It is our fervent hope and desire that this Union will awaken the couples' hearts to move the couple towards the Ultimate Sacred Union of Marriage.
